Make Telehealth a permanent coverage for speech therapy

This comes to us from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. They are requesting legislative action to make Telehealth a permanent coverage for speech therapy for Medicare clients. So many clients who have a diagnosis of ID will not be allowed to continue even if they have Medicaid as secondary.
